- Products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from original purchase.
- Processing refund takes 3-4 business days.
- To ensure your refund, you must contact customer service prior returning your product.
- When contacting customer service for a full refund, you must provide the following shipping information for the returning product:

- Customer full name.
- Tracking number of the returning package.
Please include Order ID and customer’s Full Name on the package. Otherwise returns will not be accepted and refund will not be processed.
